Very good doctor. Only one who seems to actually listen to my concerns.
I’ve been trying to ring for days. Can not get through on the phone. They are treating my mum and need to talk to them. It keeps telling me I’ve called outside of business hours and it disconnects me.
Receptionist is rude and doesn't know how to communicate over the phone, prioritise whatever she feels is important, hanged up on me while talking to her. 16/11/24
