Does not honor warranty. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a home that these unskilled/unethical builders are building.
If you buy a home from them good luck getting them to honor or do any warranty work. It's a scam. The build quality is low and the property managers are woefully inexperienced. They installed the HVAC units in our driveway which turns our driveway into a skating rink in winter with the water draining and freezing. Our HVAC is also unbalanced and does not equally heat/cool the house (the side closest to the units receives more HVAC). Poor workmanship didn't fix repairs under warranty STAY AWAY FROM HYDE HOMES
Unethical company. Possibly violating respa section 9 12 u.s.c. 2608. We signed contract and was told they will sell to us and not entertain any other offers. Their real estate agent put sold sign and took pictures with my family with it. They lied to us and was entertaining other offers at the same time without telling us. They then canceled our contract and sold to someone offering more. This company is worse than any shady car dealership. Read the the contract you sign.
