The trainers are great and they help modify exercises to make it easier or more challenging. Everyone is really encouraging and it’s a great environment.
Love all of the coaches! They are truly there to help you out whether your an old or a newcomer ! Love the atmosphere and of course the music!
Hybrid Training is a 10/10! I’ve been to several gyms in the last few years and none compare to HHT. The coaches are qualified and encouraging. The workouts are easy to follow. Highly recommend

I am visiting from New Jersey for a few weeks prior to coming out. I did my homework of local gyms and hybrid training really stuck out to me.. Through the social media account, I was able to really get a vibe from the whole facility when I reach out to the owner, she immediately messaged me back in full detail of memberships and any questions that I needed answered.
