I explained to Jane that additional panels would also not heat her pool at this time of year. I talked to Jane two times. The first time was to listen to her concerns. We had the Heliocol system installed this February, (2018) and have been extremely happy. Michael C**** explained everything thoroughly and worked to make it as affordable as possible. The scheduler worked with us every step of the way to get the installation done quickly. We have a 12,000 gallon pool. Heliocol installed about 500 sq ft of soar membrane and support equipment in January. By mid February the pool was running in the mid-70's during the day. This was followed by weeks of cold and overcast so the pool cooled off. By late March we were seeing mid 80's in the pool everyday. Heliocol (Green Energy Solar) has experienced people and the best solar products available. The support staff has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.
