We scheduled a cleaning of our solar water heater. They showed up and seemed to spend a reasonable amount of time cleaning out the system and replacing parts. I paid in full. That is not what I have a problem with. After they left, I realized I didn't have hot water anymore. I waited a day to call after I double check that the electricity and water to the heater were all on and to see if it just needed time to cycle through. I called the next day and talked to an office associate about getting a repair person out immediately... read more

At this point, I would give them a negative rating. It is amazing how quickly they wrote up the sale and installed the system. In all fairness, we didn't have any problems with the system until a few months after the warranty expired. We were able to get someone to come out and he worked for awhile on something. It stopped working again and someone else was sent out. He said that it was the actuating valve. He said that it had to be ordered. We have been trying to get our solar reinstalled since moving it from roof (May 2021) to rack mount. It took longer than anticipated to build the mount and install (Winter of 2021). When they tested it in winter the water didnt drain fully (poor design) so when it froze all the pipes shattered. Since then we have been dealing with ***** with absolutely no results. Very poor customer service and no shows on appointments as well. Will have to call another company to fix leaks and remove the stuff from the half done install job that was never completed.i can only assume they just don't care. They damaged our irrigation system and proceeded to hide the damage for us to discover!!!
This is the worst company I have ever delt with. Still waiting on a call back after I was told by one person "I will personally call you back". Like the other review I am going to have to call another company to resolve my solar panel issues
after some difficulty we worked out our differences and hope moving forward there will be a good working relationship after the 13 years together
Terrible customer service. Took three weeks to get appointment for a leak in our solar pool heater on roof. They never showed up on appointment day. Kept calling with no information on where the serviceman was. Never called us back. I have never been treated so poorly by a service company before. They were the original installers. Finally had to call another company for an appointment to fix our leak.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THE SALESMAN LIED ABOUT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOLAR POOL HEATING SYSTEM!!!. Thinking we would avoid the $100/day cost to heat our pool with propane, we purchased this system. In an effort to win the sale, the salesman told us that the temperature of our pool would reach the same temp as the daily ambient temperature. Jane told Bruno she would file numerous complaints if Green Energy did not give Jane two free solar panels. I explained to Jane that additional panels would also not heat her pool at this time of year. I talked to Jane two times. The first time was to listen to her concerns. I then scheduled a service technician to visit and inspect her system and I then talked to the salesman. The second time Jane and I spoke was to discuss our findings.
