I took my son in when he had a 102 fever. The staff and the doctor where amazing!! They took the time to see me, even though I was there because of my son. I had a great experience.
Awesome experience! Went to South County Urgent Care and people were waiting on the floor, & looked like an episode out of the walking dead! I yelped " urgent care " and found Hybrid right down the street. 2 people ahead of me, waited 20 min, and was seen by an awesome doc w personality, and listening skills. He ran a few tests to be absolutely sure and then wrote the RX! Totally Recommend!!!! Took my insurance and was out the door quickly.

I took my son here because the Urgent Care right around the corner was PACKED. Im so glad we tried Hybrid MD. All I can say is ... WOW!!! Amazing service. Amazing office staff. Amazingly warm and welcoming. Dr Jairam saw us right away He is professional, empathetic, has a sense of humor & is FUN. The office itself is clean, bright, and modern. We visited Hybrid MD today after my son suffered a minor head injury at school. The doctor thoroughly checked him out and did not make us feel rushed at all. He even answered some questions relating to my son's allergies, which were totally unrelated to why we were there. The entire office staff were very friendly and competent and we will definitely be back in the future.

Our family needed to use their urgent care services 4 times in 1 week. We were very impressed. The entire staff is kind, professional, patient, and the doctor is smart and thorough. He made next day follow-up calls at each appointment, and gladly answered questions unrelated to the exact reason for our visit. We referred them to our neighbor/friend who was equally impressed.
