I have a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid that's been having issues holding a charge on the HV battery for a few years, and every time I've had to tow it to a mechanic to get it charged. I called Hybrid Fix2Go earlier this morning just to see if there was anything else I could do and received some advice that allowed me to get the engine to turn over and get back on the road myself! The folks who work here are clearly knowledgeable and not just interested in making a buck at the customer's expense.

I received an accurate diagnosis which help me to figure out what the exact problem with my vehicle. It was fast and convenient. I would definitely contact again in future need.

So, I've had to repair one of my batteries twice now... Was not expecting another morning without a car. Eric helped me out, came out same day and gave me a great price for the second battery. Not sure how I would've gotten this fixed without a mobile service like Hybrid!
