BEWARE!!! HIDDEN FEES!!! I have been an owner at this property for 17 years. When i paid my usual maintenance fee and my reservation for my week, nothing was out of the ordinary. Check in as usual, and only after check in was infirmed by front desk Madison that one time a week housekeeping fee that was always included in my contract is now 135$! I declined the service. When i check out, the sent me my bill and guess what? 125$ housekeeping fee was included! AM Samia told me that its now a mandatory cleaning fee to clean the ... read more

Great place for families!
We love this resort, particularly because of the immaculately kept grounds, beautiful pools with waterfall features, and of course the lazy river. Rooms could use some updating, but even the studio options have sink/microwave/sizeable mini fridge which is great. It’s also central to many restaurants and shopping spots.
