I was looking for downtown hotel options but decided to stay a little outside in this Hyatt. What a good experience. Staff were extremely professional. Felix and Kavita made the front desk experience great. Breakfast (not included) host was good and food was awesome as well for an extra fee. The room was very spacious and well thought out. This hotel was our pick for the family trip to Atlanta. First of all it was conveniently close to attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, and our room was extremely big! Staff here was really kind and helpful, even when checking in early morning. Yummy breakfast buffet too! (Our bathroom door was slightly faulty. Difficult to close fully)
Hotel was very clean and quiet and comfortable as always. Second time staying at this location when in town. Only reason for 4star because it was one minor issue in my room ladybugs coming through the seals of the window. No big deal. Still enjoyed my stay.
