Beautiful and elegant hotel. Everyone that worked there was so friendly! Everyone asked if we needed anything and was always smiling. They made you feel like family. That speaks volumes for a hotel. I will stay here from now on when I travel to Atlanta. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Had one little issue that I let them know about, but they were very apologetic. I walked into this hotel and a staff member screamed at me for opening the door. No, really. I opened the door to walk into the hotel and a man reprimanded me and yelled at me for walking in. I was so tired after 15 hours of travel.... I couldn't even defend myself from the abuse. I went to the front desk to check-in. And they told me they gave my room away, because they overbooked. So now it's midnight, there's one employee screaming at me ( HE FOLLOWED ME TO THE FRONT DESK TO SCREAM AT ME SOME MORE!!!!) and another telling... read more
I almost never write reviews but I felt compeled too in this case. I stayed last week for a work trip. The service was top notch. The staff felt I waited too long to be able to check in and offered me a complimentary drink at the bar for my troubles. As well as water. Small gesture but I really appreciated it. I booked a King Bed room and it was impressive. Felt relaxing and cozy and exactly what I needed to wind down. The food was good too including breakfast. This is my go to hotel whenever I am in the area moving forward.... read more
The host at checking was very kind. My room was clean. The guy that works the bar in the evening was fantastic! Everything I needed was within 3 miles or less.
