horrible customer service and i got ask if im even staying at the hotel. mad me feel like i don't belong there. but for me to pay 460 and get treated like a non paying customer horrible experience for me never again!!!!!!!

Just spent 4 nights here and had an amazing time. Fantastic rooms, really friendly, helpful people work here who make sure they do everything they can to make sure your stay is brilliant. Great for families, but also couples. The location for exploring Sarasota was brilliant. Lots of nice little touches like making s'mores round a fire and little room gifts for children. Free kayaks. Paddle boats, bikes and bus to nearby locations. Can't wait to go back, but for longer next time. Thank you to everyone there who made our stay... read more
