I really liked the shuttle to Disney. It is only $7 and very dependable. The check in was simple and fast. I also loved that the hotel has three restaurants. However, there seems to be a plumbing issue at this hotel. I heard noises in the bathroom throughout the night. When I came back from a long day at the parks, I noticed this black water coming out of the sink. The front desk was very helpful and sent someone up right away. Great place to stay! It has great restaurants and activities!
This is a great hotel—everything about it is clean, modern, and well-maintained. However, the dance competitions they host are not well-managed at all. If you stay here for business or personal travel, expect a complete takeover of the hotel and elevators whenever there is a competition taking place, which they host all year round. Worse than that, after around 4:00 or 5:00 PM, the crowds for the event completely block one of the only exits to the main guest parking lot, which was extremely annoying. Great spot for business near Disney but on the outside of walking distance of your visiting the parks. They have a shuttle and good bar and restaurant. Rooms feel new and clean.
Pretty good value. The family 2BR suites are spacious and reasonably priced. Outback Steakhouse across the street and a Target in walking distance. They have an ice cream shop in the lobby along with a Starbucks. Shuttle to Disney is convenient. Workout room is well equipped- cardio and weights.
