Great hotel experience!
Hyatt hotels have always been our go to but this time they have gone above and beyond. We checked in late after a 14 hour drive and when we tried to unload our stuff, our luggage carrier got stuck. The valet staff as well as the engineering staff helped us out for over an hour and a half until we were able to get our stuff down. Tonight after a long night at the Disney parks, we came to our hotel room to an awesome bowl of snacks and a note from Amanda, the front desk manager. Great place to stay if you are going to Disney!! They have a newly renovated side that’s nice. The shuttle to and from Disney was cheap and convenient.
My young child got heat stroke from the shuttle to disney they lost our keys for 2 hrs to our vehicle the room where uncomfortable and smelled spoke to guest services and they did nothing DO NOT WAISTE UR MONEY HERE
We had a very bad experience at a hotel next door. The rooms were nasty and it was just awful. We walked to the Hyatt and were able to transfer. Our experience was so much better! The rooms were clean and well kept. They had a shuttle for Disney. The customer service was just so so so much better. The highlight of our stay though was Jesus at the restaurant! He was nice and great with our kids and really just made our time so pleasant.
