Very clean and very kid friendly, also if you’re planning to go to Disneyland this is the hotel to stay at they have a bus that takes you to the park and brings you back prices of the bus it’s $7 dollars per person.
After paying close to 700 dollars. Didn't get the room I ordered, misinformation in front desk. They had a convention while paying for parking and not let in on top of parking people being rude. Mmmm. I can say more but these were the main concerns
The hotel was well kept and clean. They had many things going on. The Hyatt is close to food, entertainment and amusement. The staff is very helpful. The room was clean and roomy.
