Very Disappointing! – We reserved a room for my parents at the Hyatt as a special anniversary / birthday gift. The reservations were made for a king size bed / view room. We also instructed the hotel to put all charges on the credit card that was used to make the reservation. When my parents arrived, they informed them that the King beds were all booked...all that was left were two double beds without a view. What a surprise!!! – Wow! This is a Hyatt? The rooms were so dirty and the carpet was AWFUL! To the point of being gross. We wore our socks and shoes the whole time we stayed there. I went and got bathroom cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself....the tub had rings and filth. If you are someone who uses the Concierge, Forget it at this hotel!
