The elevators are different than others - you need to use your keycard or the dialpad to call. Don't board without doing this. No buttons in car for floors. Cars A-D are lower flrs, E-H are upper flrs
This Hyatt is so cool!
Be careful with the elevators. Swiping the key card won't work a second time.
Poorest customer service
Poor customer service. On several levels.
Check out the Regency Club on the 32nd floor. Amazing views - descent food!
the north wing i believe was the old part of the hotel. for a new yorker, the room is big enough and theres a balcony. newly renovated. looks classy. though no coffee maker in sight :(
