The check in was rather painful and finding your room can get a bit tricky as this place is quite a maze. Great spot though if you're going to an event at the Mercedes Super Dome.
Beautiful hotel, valet parking, close enough to the French quarter, great service (valet needs better organization though)
Good for the most part but there's always one jerk (or condescending desk clerks). Elevator system is asinine, only goes to your floor and common areas, guess you can't have friends on other floors.
Beds are really comfortable
Hotel espectacular. Recepcionistas super amables. Espacios encantadores. Diseño moderno y elegante. Habitaciones cómodas. Excelente!

One of the best hotel gyms...killer views
This is our second time at this hotel. Outstanding facility with several awesome restaurants, bars inside.
This hotel opened in 2011 and still is a new property with great bars/lounges and great staff. Only a 5m walk to French Quarter and a 7mi trip to/from the Amtrak Station! I'd stay here again xx
