I had the best experience at Lost Pines. I left my work Prada work bag with a Mac computer at Lost Pines after a meeting and their “ileftmystuff.com” website that they use is amazing. I’m so thankful to receive my computer and bag today. I really thought that someone would keep my computer but everything was returned exactly the way that I left it - I couldn’t be more thankful! Our family of 4 from Dallas - including two small children - arrived at Lost Pines earlier this week only to discover that we had inadvertently booked our trip for the following week in error. Marc (at the front desk) sensed the horror on my face and did not skip a beat despite the fact that it was spring break week and the hotel was sold out.
