We stayed at the establishment over the past weekend. Unfortunately, the room was not clean, with noticeable stains on the carpet and walls. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by audible conversations and unusual sounds emanating from the ceiling. We utilized the hot tub in the evening, but the light was not functioning, resulting in an experience in the dark. We are here every 3 months and the hyatt always does a good job. Great customer service with Michelle, clean and quiet rooms. Nice pool and games for the kiddos

I recently just came across a business card in my pile of correspondence, so I felt compelled to finally (2 1/2 years later!) write about our outstanding experience at the Aventine. My daughter is part of the National Charity League and she had her fashion show at this location.
