I’m genuinely so happy with our stay at Hyatt La Jolla! From the moment we arrived, everything was easy, comfortable, and welcoming. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 Parking was super convenient. You can choose regular hotel parking for $49 per day, or there is also free parking available very close to the hotel, which was a great option for us. Beds and linens are comfortable. Pool is a good size with plenty of things to do for the kids as well as lap lanes. Staff generally friendly and trying to be helpful. Location is close to major highways and La Jolla beaches. However... Just too many issues on my recent stay: 1) Cleanliness - multiple stains on the carpets in the hallways on the 7th floor. Stale air in the corridors and bedroom, musty smell when running A/C. 2) Maintenance - shower thermostat did not work resulting in having to jump out of the shower to avoid... read more
There’s a roach on my bed…. The water in the lobby’s always out and WiFi is really slow even though we pay the extra destination fee for the high speed wifi.
