I truly regret booking this hotel. The connecting rooms are awful — the man next door was so loud it felt like he was sitting in the middle of my room. He was on the phone for three hours straight, and I could hear everything. I called the front desk asking for help, but nothing was done and no solution was offered. I ended up losing an entire night of work and had to change rooms just to be able to finish an important report. Great Location. Worst Hyatt Property of any of their brands and worst Regency within their group. Old outdated amenities. You have to leave the property in the morning for coffee. The management refuses to acknowledge any concern with the front office manager Tiya Woodall gas lighting guests with concerns to deflect responsibility and project it onto guests. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room did have some issues: shower water couldn’t maintain its temperature which was frustrating, and there was always some noise from the upper floor. But, huge shoutout to Nicole at the front desk. She was so awesome! She was so friendly and patient, going out of her way to take care of us during our stay. We have stayed in many Hyatt hotels around the US and the world. Nicole is absolutely among the very best of front desk staff.
