Wonderful spring break family experience for our visit to Legoland. We were celebrating our 4 year old daughter’s birthday and the management team at HR La Jolla surprised us with a special little cake which you could tell was decorated just for her. Our daughter was so delighted - needless to say the cake got devoured by our 2 kiddos within a few minutes. Thank you to the caring staff who went out of their way to treat us like VIP, we very much appreciate you all.
We stayed for a long weekend and ended up spending more time than planned on the Hotel property due to the fantastic service, food, and atmosphere. Ronald, Jeff, and Angelica came to know our group and went above and beyond to take care of us. They were prompt and professional while also adding personal touches to make us feel welcome. We were not expecting both the breakfast and the hotel bar to have such fantastic food. It was very hard dealing with their valet people on multiple occasions. Tied to pick up my friend coming down from the elevator and got yelled at by the valet freak to move my car... It's insane there is no waiting space or if there is they will not let you use it, and telling me to keep F moving along is not very professional
