I have stayed at many hotels and resorts and I have to say the Hyatt Regency was by far the dirtiest and worse at customer service. According to management they can't guarantee a room with a nice view or your bed preference even with a reservation for it. I reserved a king room and got a double and they did move me however my view was of a beautiful roof top. The room had paint peeling off the ceiling there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty as well as the sink top. I re... read more
