First time in town! The environment was beautiful. Service was outstanding and food was great! Tried out the massage and the pool. you don't have to leave the site but it is close to almost anything to do around town for vacations! We are happy with our choice, and our vacation was amazing!
Great place to stay and best service. Special shout out to Mrs Gayel, she was one of the best concierge and one stop person to know anything and want any kind of help here. Thank you once again
Beautiful hotel, great pools, waterside and lazy river. Front desk was amazing but restaurants had slow service and waited a long time for breakfast that never came. They can definitely have more activities for the kids during the day and in the evening and on rainy days. The arcade is so small. It could use a renovation and could be much larger.
