Discovered this hotel in 2024 and we have been going yearly ever since! We're in Miami so it's a 2 hour drive and the perfect location for a getaway. Hotel is beautiful and big. Pools are great and my kids love the lazy river and slides. Their private beach is beautiful and so relaxing. Food and drinks are great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Totally recommend.
We travel often and this was the first trip we’ve taken with our 3 children and I have never felt more taken care of than at Coconut Point. Traveling with young children can be challenging, but the staff were impeccable from check in to check out. The woman who checked us in was patient and kind. Tanya checked us out and as I understand she was in training- but amazing. She talked with my kids while we waited for my husband to pull the car around and walked us out to our car at 4am. Came for the day to enjoy the pool with my family decided to splurge on a day bed. Thinking it would be a nicer chair than the normal ones. Very Disappointed the location of the day bed we were seated was far from pool entrance and right next to water slide meaning splashes and loud screams all day. Overall Day beds aren’t worth the price unless you want bird crap on you and to be inconvenienced.
