My husband and I booked this resort after reviewing all the options in Clearwater and chose it because of its fantastic reviews. Upon arrival at the “resort” we ran into many problems between the subpar accommodations to some of the staff who lacked in proper customer service. We have two young children and after our stay we definitely never plan on returning realizing this was not a family friendly resort or beach.
