We come here all the time. Beautiful hotel. Nice view of Clearwater beach. Good food. I typically stay here free due to award points. Only issue I had this time was I couldn’t get in my room as early as I wanted.
Be very careful and read all fine print before booking! I have not run into one accommodating person since checking in from the front door to the bartender to the desk at the spa. Definitely not what I have grown to expect from the Hyatt
I’ve never been treated so lovely at a Hotel in my life .... all the staff at this Hotel have been absolutely amazing & have gone above & beyond - I will definitely be back & recommend this place as a MUST go to destination when visiting Clearwater..... I am here for my wedding & they have truly made it stress free - which is an amazing undertaking .... so CHEERS to the Hyatt @ Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa you have a guest for life.
