They could get better front desk staff!! Other than that awesome hotel!!
Beautiful hotel :) we stayed here on a Getaway bonding with my best friends. The staff were very accommodating... welcome champagne 🍾 was a plus.

Vary nice hotel, needs a few updates here and there. It’s not a five star hotel. It certainly is a four star hotel. If your looking for a better bang for your buck try the Wyndham Grand. Literally right beside it. They slightly better service and a nicer hotel in about every category. Both tremendous hotels.

The entire staff was so friendly, especially Michelle at Shor ! Loved the Hyatt, so clean and upscale.
We loved it! My granddaughter's graduation party was held there. It was lovely! Service was great!
