Usually I stay at more moderately priced properties and I was bit disappointed at this Hyatt property. First impressions weren't great as the was not easy access from the parking lot to the entrance. The main entrance is completely on the other side of the building and the parking was not clear from ice and snow making my elderly parents climb over snow mounds.
