Redlining at its finest! -Avoid Hyatt real estate at all costs. Prejudice agency! I attempted to purchase a property in old Fig Garden (which is where they will proudly proclaim they happen to live). After speaking to my wife over the phone (who is Hispanic) and seeing both of us when we showed up to the home (me being Black).
