Our room was uncomfortably hot and humid upon arrival. We then discovered blood stains on both the pull-out bed sheet and mattress. After reporting it immediately, we were told the mattress and sheets would be changed while we were at dinner, but nothing had been done when we returned. The only solution ultimately offered was four extra sheets to place over the stained mattress ourselves. The rooms were disgusting. My sisters room was terrible! Her mattress had what looked like blood stains. The room I had didn’t look like staff even wiped anything down. There were crumbs under the pull out couch bed and a huge urine stain. Stains on the sheets and filthy comforter. My room had a beautiful view but the entire window didn’t even look to be wiped down.. very thin walls. I was able to hear the room next doors every single move. 仕事でWalter E. Washington Conference Centerに通うために5泊しました。　チェックイン・チェックアウトはとてもスムーズでした。　またフロントデスクやバレットパーキングのスタッフの方は皆とても明るくフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテルの場所は街の中心から近く最高です。　パーキングの料金は高いと思いましたが、セキュリティーはよかったです。

Good price, but the room and the bathroom needs some refreshing and renovation. The furniture is old, some stains on them.
