I've stayed at this Hyatt a few times but most recently Feb 18-20. It's pretty typical for a Hyatt Place, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. What makes this Hyatt property stand out is the staff. While the front desk folks were great at what they do my huge shoutout has to go to the breakfast/kitchen workers especially Leslie. She went so far above and beyond great customer service. She was simply kindness personified. It's a nice place
If you love to stay up until 2-3am and party, this is your hotel! If you want a good nights sleep, respectful service and a good breakfast, do not stay here.
My wife and I had a great baby-moon stay at this hotel. Front desk staff and room service was very friendly. They gave great food and beverage recommendations and help make our stay very relaxing. Tish- at the front desk was a highlight of our stay. Next time we are in St. Pete we will be sure to stay here again.
Rooms are nice and clean. The AC doesn’t turn on really so it’s super quiet in the rooms. Also, across from bars so the noise all night will keep you up.
