The hotel itself is acceptable, but charging $30 per night for parking is ridiculous. This is a basic outdoor surface parking lot at an airport-area Hyatt Place — not valet parking, not a secured underground garage, and not a downtown hotel with limited parking. It is literally an open parking lot next to the hotel, yet guests are charged an additional $30 every night just to leave their car there. We have stayed here many times over the years but for some reason the past 2 have been a disaster. The last time we stayed, one of the shower doors was missing...ok, it happens. This time our sheets had blood stains and the floor had numerous massive stains. Add on to that the wifi is horrible and parking is expensive...we wont be staying here again. The location is great but there are plenty of other options, I suggest finding someplace else.

Great staff, all are very helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that, the restaurant, isn't exactly a restaurant. It is an area in the reception, which isn't really conducive for pleasant dining.
