I booked a room for 10am-11pm on Dayuse. When I arrived at 10:30am they had difficulty checking me in on their end. They swiped my card 3x and kept saying it didn’t process correctly. I saw the pending $189 charge on my credit card but they insisted because the lady said last time it happened to her she didn’t get charged? Ok how is that my problem when it’s clearly showing up on my credit card. She offered to change the amount to $150 including the $50 refundable deposit for the inconvenience. Nous sommes restés 4 nuitées. L’hôtel est près de l’aéroport et d’une autoroute mais aucun bruit perceptibles dans la chambre. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable. Le staff est super gentil. Les petits déjeuners sont bons. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at Hyatt Place San Jose Airport because the hotel failed to respond to multiple attempts to resolve an unauthorized double charge, leaving the issue unresolved for over three weeks at the moment. I stayed at the hotel from May 25 to May 28, 2026. The reservation was made and full payed in advance through Booking.com by my employer.
