Love that it's in station park. The staff was the friendliest I've ever come across. I was almost too late for breakfast one morning. A lady offered a togo box, told me to take my time, and said if I need anything after breakfast hours, just to ask. Excuse me, what?!?! I almost fell over in shock! No hotel offers that!! I couldn't believe it. Best service ever!!
It's in a convenient location however, they close the pool and hottub way too early to even use after returning to the hotel after dinner, and even if you do make it on time, the hottub is dirty and has a ton of gravel in the bottom. Unacceptable for a hotel on the expensive side. Breakfast was on par with a motel 8 as well. Staff was less than helpful and seemed to have attitude. And of course, they're begging for tips right in the room where you're supposed to relax. I personally expected better for $350 a night.
