Stayed at the Hyatt Place while judging the US Figure Skating Sanctioned Oktoberfest Figure Skating Competition.at the Cottonwood Heights FSC. I loved it! Great room! And the staff was fantastic. Yummy breakfast, great coffee. Comfy areas to meet after our very long days of judging in the ice cold rink. Loved your bartender and the fireplace area! Thank you so much! I usually having a problem sleeping and I slept like a baby at the Hyatt Place!!
I originally scheduled time at a downtown hotel by another company. When my plans changed, I decided to stay here first. The room was gorgeous. Our view was breathtaking. I could not believe how fortunate we were. The only drawbacks were the pool closing at 10pm, no microwave in our room and the breakfast was not particularly good. However, This IS the place we will stay from now on. when we left here to finish up our already paid for rooms elsewhere, we kept comparing it to this. The Hyatt blocked rooms for our out of town guests for my daughter's wedding. The staff was very professional, prompt at replying to emails, and catering to what we wanted for our guests. Our guests were very satisfied with the facilities, the breakfast space, the food, and the staff. The rooms are lovely, and comfortable, the pool and spa are nice amenities with towels right at hand. This hotel had the greatest staff at a great location. I recommend it!
Hands down one of the best hotel experience we've had. If she's working, ask for Sheri! She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant!
Had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff were SO friendly and helpful, would highly recommend it to others and will definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!
