Great service, and very clean hotel. Great assortment for breakfast! Manager Bryce was very nice, and very efficient. Other manager Hannah was also top notch. Will always recommend this hotel
Our room was next to the elevators and it was waaaaaay too loud to be acceptable. This room should never have been assigned to us. Hilton honors membership doesn’t matter. Honestly go anywhere else and actually have a room that doesn’t sound like a factory floor. They use tile with no rugs so you hear everything at 0500. Oh. And you have to pay for breakfast, that isn’t stated anywhere when you book. The paid for breakfast is TRASH!!! Everything is out of a bag and the lowest quality food they could provide. Great location with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a bit dark but everything was very well kept and most importantly CLEAN. Huge shout out to housekeeping! Rooms were also very large and comfy. Was a little worried about noise being so close to the airport, but we didn't hear a thing. We will be back next time in Portland. My family really enjoyed the breakfast also.

The Management @Bryce McInnis has no good moral standards. Their system is very complicated and sucks. The overall experience at Hyatt World PDX is mediocre..i'd Not ever recommend this particular place. CHI
