Below average, wouldn't stay here outside of work picking it. Close to the airport is the only perk.
Great service, room was clean and staff very helpful and nice. Nice sitting area and desk. The only issue， the AC unit too close to the bed.
Perfect stay! We stayed overnight at the Hyatt place prior to a flight out from PDX. While it’s an older facility, the renovation is fresh, and the location is unbeatable. Breakfast buffet is a half step up from fare at most other Hyatt Place locations, including Starbucks egg bite dupes. Extended parking is available for $15 a night after your stay. The young man Bryce is honestly the BEST! I am sitting drinking my coffee & listening to him interact with guests, coworkers, and a random person walking in. He is absolutely the kindest most professional front desk host I have ever seen/heard! Good job Hyatt getting Bryce on your team! The staff around him are good too - probably feeding off of his energy. He is training a new member & is so knowledgeable & patient! This morning I am inspired to be a better team member at my job!
