A very nice facility all the way around.
Very nice hotel with a little construction adjacent to the lobby, which did not impact our stay at all. Its exactly what you would expect from the Hyatt chain of hotels.
Really like this Hotel. Convenient to local events and shopping. Rooms are really clean. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Very clean and exceeded our expectations with the room and all. We had more than enough room with 2 queens and a sofa bed was extra nice. Bathroom was perfect. Quiet and comfortable enough in bed. Breakfast is early, be sure to get there before 9! I was told staff was very nice and food was good. The location is great because so many food options around and shopping. Very safe community. As frequent guests who visit once or twice each quarter, we had a bit of a rough start with our reservation and room upgrade. However, Luke quickly turned the experience around. He shared that he’s only been on the team for about a month, but you wouldn’t have known it by the way he handled everything. He was extremely accommodating, patient, and genuinely eager to help.
