I could not wait to share my experience here at the Hyatt place in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My husband and I travel all over the world and this is by far my favorite hotel We have ever stayed in. I would love to give this hotel a perfect five-star rating. The location is stunning, and the service at the front desk was exceptional. I visited for my anniversary and wish I had requested a top-floor room because it sounded like a river dance was happening above me. I reported the noise during dinner, but upon my return, it was still ongoing. Unfortunately, we didn't get much sleep as a result. The Hyatt Place in Murfreesboro was an interesting stay. First, at check in staff informed me there would be an additional $100 fee for my singular night stay due to bringing my small pet. I asked why this was not stated in my booking nor during the process of making my booking through the Hyatt app and the check in staff stated it was “stated in my booking”. Stayed here for the night with the whole family AND with a pet, and it was nice and comfortable. Location is great, and breakfast options were good!
