The TV did not work for two and half days, the hot water was cold, the beds was not made up properly, but the food was good. THE PHONE DID NOT HAVE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO MADE DESK CALLTO THE Front desk.
The staff was fantastic! Very friendly. Rooms were very nice. My only issue is that the walls are fairly certain thin and was kept up most the night by a belligerent neighbor who kept me up almost all night. That wasn't really the hotel's problem so I still give them 5 stars
My go to hotel when I'm in town! The manger lady knows me by name and always great me when I check in. She is so nice. Breakfast area is a bit tight but can't beat free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Only issue is that there are no microwave in room only in lobby. better than nothin
