Extremely disappointed with this hotel. A staff member claimed she “smelled smoke” on our floor but never said a word during our stay. The next day at checkout, she suddenly accused our room of smoking and kept our \$100 deposit—without proof. Her excuse was that housekeeping found a blunt wrap in the trash, which is ridiculous since the trash was full of food and dirty diapers. My room was really nice! Tiffani and Jarrell were fantastic. I sat at the little bar and had some pizza and fries and a few cocktails which was super relaxing after traveling..
