We Got our flight cancelled due to safety issues and called the hotel to cancel or credit the night. First they said they will be happy to refund if third part agrees, so we contacted the third party and got their approval. Now They refused what they said and hung up the phone twice on me. All the other hotels that I reserved honored the request and refunded except this one. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Our flight was canceled due to failed safety inspection. We planned to stay at 3 different hotels: Hyatt, Hilton, Best Western on our trip. Hilton refunded our money right away, despite a no-refund policy. With effort, Best Western gave a full refund, even though it was booked through a third party no-refund policy. Hyatt appeared to be helpful the first day, but after 4 days we are still unable to talk to a manager. Each employee has a different excuse. So overall it was fine. Room was nice size and clean. Loved no carpet that was a huge plus just feels cleaner. The shower had great pressure but got all over the bathroom and took a long time to get hot but it was fine. Wish we had a microwave but that’s just a wish.

Hard to believe this property carries the Hyatt flag. Breakfast was a genuine surprise, and not a good one. Disposable plastic cups, plastic utensils, paper plates. At a Hyatt. That’s a fundamental disconnect from what the brand stands for, including its own sustainability commitments. The beds are worn out and uncomfortable. If you don't mind broken showers, broken AC unit that hangs off the wall, bloody towels, and ripped bedding, this is the place for you. The shower required maintenance before we could use it. The shower head was literally hanging by a thread and coming out of the wall. The room phone didn't work when we needed help. The desk chair is cracked, the sheets and blanket has rips and tears in it, and one bed had sheets with a stain, the shower grout is deteriorating, the AC unit had a metal box under it and the trim caulking was c... read more
