Very kind staff and attentive. Nice, comfortable rooms — except every sound from hall can be heard. It was loud until nearly 1 AM and we had an early start at 3:30 AM — frustrating.
Hotel and rooms are outdated and in desperate need of a facelift. This location gives the Hyatt chain a bad name. Sink and tub drained poorly, broke tiles in the bathroom, wobbly fridge and torn bedskirt. No curtain to block the morning sun and lots of road noise Staff all seemed nice. Definitely wouldn't stay again.
