Why was my review deleted? This place is NASTY.
Probably one of the least nice Hyatt places I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby is in need of a serious refresh. Breakfast was much more limited than other ones. I’ve been to. Rooms were pretty large, but very strange layout and to full-size beds when they could’ve easily had queens.
Clean room with plenty of space. Staff and service are great. Chicken wings are delicious.
Location is in a convenient spot if you need to be in New Haven or Milford however the hotel is dated. Breakfast is quite cramped compared to other major chain breakfast areas in the suburbs. Sink faucet was broken upon check in and we had to use the kitchen sink for water access. TV is also not able to connect via Google Chrome cast - it’s an older model that uses HDMI, in case you carry one of those with you as well as a compatible laptop.
