This is my third year in a row staying at this hotel for my conference, so obviously I like it enough. This last trip was just as fine. My only complaint is the staff not having breakfast ready at 6:30, and not having any coffee ready by that time, which was the most frustrating thing. Nothing like seeing a line of grumpy coffee drinkers standing around waiting for the coffee. LOL Otherwise, The service is always great and the rooms are nice. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, but I was very disappointed because One of the reasons why I booked the hotel is because it stated it had dining in the building. The only dining they had was breakfast available in the morning and some sweet options at the front desk otherwise nothing and it was stated that they had many choices
Nice stay here in downtown Madison. Staff is very friendly.
