Wonderful place to stay if you want to be able to walk and enjoy all that downtown Madison has to offer! Matteo at the front desk and the rest of the staff are top notch and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable!
Google says this is a 3 star hotel but to me it had a 5-Star feel. The facilities were well kept, clean and convenient (the pool area was especially clean; most hotel pools feel a little dingy to me but not here) and the location was perfect but where they really shone was the service. On the way in I spoke to a gentleman on the phone to iron out some last minute details; he couldn't have been more polite and accommodating.
