worst customer service been waiting on a reply 50+ hours now on booking. got double charged
Stayed for a week allowed room service in the room to turn it down they never changed the bedding. Maybe thats procedure but what are you in the room for if not to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
I love the Hyatt Place in downtown Lincoln. It is always extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. It is conveniently located within walking distance of great food, bars and entertainment.
Rooms were comfortable. Nice to have a couch to sit on instead of just the beds. Great location with lots of restaurants and sports venues in easy walking distance.
