Was ok. They put me next to a room that had a joint door and a family with a screaming baby until midnight. I had to call the desk to ask for them to do something. Breakfast was not great. Only eggs and sausage. They had a toaster but no toast. Price was decent for a night to crash.

Dumpsters were blocking the handicap parking spaces there was trash by the elevators I will not rush back there

Extremely disappointing stay. The AC in my room didn’t work at all. I set it to 71 on auto/cool and the room stayed extremely hot. I called the front desk twice and even went downstairs, but the staff member said he couldn’t leave the desk to help and couldn’t move me to another room. Being left in a hot room with no solution or assistance is unacceptable. Basic comfort and customer service were not provided

I wanted to enjoy this stay at the Hyatt Place, but too many things were not up to par with my normal hotel stays - and I travel a lot. They didn’t have hot water - at night it was completely cold and in the morning it was luke warm. When I called the front desk to ask if their hot water was broken they stated it was sold out so they ran out of hot water and there was no ETA of when they would have hot water.
