Sarah or Sara the front desk was super friendly and made you welcome as soon as you came into the lobby exceptional customer service, the hotel is cleanly and because the staff was so great aka Sara I highly recommend
I should have left this review sooner since I stayed here last month, but it took a recent stay at another hotel to truly appreciate just how wonderful my experience was at Hyatt Place Lake Mary. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was exceptional. Everyone at the front desk, bar, housekeeping, and the bell staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
