I come down every month I either stay here or 1 other. Thw baseball kids were here this time. I came in at 8pm one night and the kids were playing baseball in the parking lot. The one kid was at the entrance pitching and the other was hitting with a bat towards the cars. The feral parents were watching. FYI no one thinks your kids are cute. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The breakfast was also quite mediocre. The bread tasted stale, and there were very limited options. I was especially disappointed that there were no waffles or pancakes available. On top of that, even the bathroom light bulb was not working properly, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Overall, I expected a much bett... read more

The hotel and the front desk workers are nice. The hotel room has an interesting layout where the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom. Other than that all good

I'm giving this location a 1 star because of first impressions overall by your staff. First a indian man in a black or blue BMW truck ask my husband to move our rental moving truck to the back of the hotel without properly identifying that himself and letting us know he worked for Hyatt which was unacceptable. Secondly we moved the rental moving truck along with our car. At 12 midnight, I work up to beaming headlights shining in our rental moving truck and then in our car multiple times.
