This was, by far, the best stay I've ever had. We've stayed in hotels in nearly every state in this country at least once, and the closest one to home ended up ranking a collective 5 Stars from the whole family. The customer service was exceptional, from the beginning to end. When we arrived, the host was so kind and smiled genuinely. Working with the public, day in and day out, is so hard and I can't appreciate how she didn't make me feel like just another customer. This hotel was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. The downtown location was perfect. With a short walk to Market Square where there were many dining options and a beautiful park. The rooftop bar was well designed and had amazing 360 views. The breakfast was self service, but had many delicious foods and plenty for folks with food sensitivity. We'll definitely be back.

Stellar service and a great location! Just a block from a square and park that serve a variety of different foods. Parking is off site either valet or self that's only a block away

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Place Downtown Knoxville for right at a month, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff has been nothing short of amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special shoutout to CJ, who is extremely friendly and nice, but she also went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
