Great staff. Extremely clean.
Rooms are a little dated, tubs show some wear and tear. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious.
Stayed for a weekend getaway. Had a great stay, staff was super friendly. Only issue was the AC was loud. We didn't bother to ask to switch rooms but when we did mention they were fast to make things right. We will definitely use them the next time around to Knoxville. Vallet parking worked smoothly, breakfast was ok. Nothing special, im not a fan of industry eggs from cartons.
Great location adjacent to market square, Tennessee theater and Bijou theater. Love the rooms and the breakfast is good. If you don't want valet parking, public parking very convenient right behind the hotel is reasonable and free on weekends. Stayed 4-5 times and always come back.
Great stay! Central location, easy to get to. Helpful staff and the rooftop was great!
