Valet parking. Nice fitness center. Nice rooftop bar as well as a lobby bar. Breakfast was good. It had the best oatmeal topping bar that we've ever seen at a Hyatt. Comfortable bed. Shower pressure was lacking. Our floor smelled like fireworks. They had had them the day before we arrived so must be residual smell.
Right on Gay Street. Amazing locations and shops.
I was in Knoxville for a VOLS game and some business meetings, and decided to eat at the Hyatt Place Knoxville / Downtown. The hotel itself looked great — clean, professional, and right in the heart of the city — but what really stood out to me was the valet service, specifically Brennan. Best location, great hotel!
I park here at least once a month because it’s difficult for me to get around on foot. Ben always helps me out, remembers me and always has a smile on his face. He also parks my car clothes in case I need my wheelchair. I appreciate him.
