We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in Downtown Knoxville to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. We were attending a concert at the Bijou, so the location was perfect! They knew it was our anniversary so they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. Nice touch! We had a drink at the beautiful rooftop lounge and dinner at market square that's just a short walk away. We loved our stay and all the hotels employees were kind and helpful. Hopefully we will return next year (if not sooner) for our next anniversary!
Great location close to market square! Also, fun fact, birthplace of the SEC! CJ at the front desk was amazing and accommodating and made us feel more than welcome. Additionally, the valet service made parking and baggage handling a breeze. Definitely recommend!
