Great hotel right downtown Knoxville! Would definitely stay again when in the area!
The lobby is absolutely gorgeous. The room we had was ehh. Didn't really match the price we paid. Beds weren't comfortable, no fan in the bathroom, shower floor was dirty or stained and marks on the bathroom wall (from dirty hands I think). The location was great. Walking distance to everything. I was also caught off guard by a $50 fee for checking in earlier than 4pm. They didn't charge it, but I said I had it selected on the website when I booked it, and I didn't remember seeing a fee for that. Just something to keep in mi... read more
Location great, awesome staff at the front desk, but rooms in the mediocre tier at best - certainly when paying $400+ a night - both in terms of quality and upkeep. Crappy shower head with no adjust, housekeeping only occasional, and the now-standard squirt bottle amenities. Lobby layout is weird, dark and not welcoming.
