I love this hotel! It's walking distance to the outdoor. Tons of options for dining and shopping. It's clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. There were a few quirky things like a bathroom door that didn't lock. Loved the breakfast bar though! Yummy, healthy options. Would definitely come again!
Great front desk service! Rooms are efficiently designed, but using the TV remote was awkward 😳. The location is fantastic! If you like to go shopping, go to restaurants and have some fun, there is a place called the Main Event across the street from the hotel, which is awesome! It has an arcade and a bowling alley. Lots of games and good eats! Hyatt Place Huntsville is a great place to stay! No doubt!!😉
The room service was lacking because we didn't receive any cleaning services during our stay. There was an empty shower gel container in the shower, a mostly empty tissue container, and we didn't get the coffee re-stocked. The room phone was also not easy to use. We had higher expectations than we received.
Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We stayed for two nights beginning on June 26, 2026. At check-in, the suite we had specifically booked was not available. We chose that room because we needed the extra space, yet no reasonable solution or accommodation was offered by the staff. The shower water never got hot during our stay.
