Extremely disappointing experience at this Hyatt property. We arrived to find that the room we booked and prepaid for was not the room we were actually given, and staff offered no meaningful solution or compensation for the downgrade. There were also serious billing issues at check-in involving unexpected charges to our card despite the stay already being prepaid through a third party.
