When making reservations, we specifically asked if the bar/restaurant would be open when we would arrive on the shuttle from the airport. We were summarily told it wasn’t open the evening we arrived—no explanation, no apologies. Just, “You can order DoorDash or Uber Eats.” Don’t shut the bar/restaurant randomly if you care about your customers.

Don't stay here. They tried changing my room rate then argued when I showed them the reservation. They charge for parking. The room furnishings are nasty and the mechanicals (hvac and fridge) are noisy as all hell.

Front desk ladies Nighia and Iris were young very professional at their jobs. Manager seemed intimidating to them as I saw but both were doing great jobs as front desk clerk. I had to identify them for the politeness and professionalism. Rooms were designed kind crazy with washing room outside of bathroom. Breakfast was not even on part of an alleged 3 star hotel but rather 2 star breakfast. One of the elevators was broken my whole 5 day stay. This hotel should be downgraded to a 2.5 star.

Good nice place to stay for business in the DMV region. Close to the IAD airport.
