This was a great experience. I was coming in late so I was not forced to pay the night before (when I didn’t stay) and paid for a “day” check in. I had never done that before so I wa a super happy! Great area to walk the dogs as well
the hotel was laid back and comfortable all areas were clean . The staff was very friendly and welcoming . l will be returning
Under renovation and we were not told. Dirty carpets. Bar closed. Here for a wedding and am embarrassed for my family to come here
Cancelled my reservation in July. They only canceled one and charged me for the remaining rooms...refuse to refund them. What a joke.

The hotel was clean and the service was wonderful Francine the housekeeper made sure we had fresh linen and lots of towels. Bar right around the corner from the front desk. Breakfast every morning right there in the hotel. But most important ladies the Mall is approximately 5 minutes away.
