The pool was nasty, I had to pull out clumps of hair. The water was grimmy and smelled like the pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disneyland. Breakfast was good and coffee superb. TV in the room didn't work. I just feel like it wasn't what I expected for the price we had to pay.

As soon as we entered our room, there was a man sitting on the bed. It seemed like he was watching TV and as soon as he noticed us he switched off the TV. He claimed to be fixing the TV and over explained ( which sounded as if he was lying) that he needed to get a new chrome cast and would "be right back". He quickly left. We checked the TV if it was broken like he said but it worked perfectly fine. He never came back. We called the receptionist about it and she said she would call us back. She never called back. Good size rooms. Rooms were dark though, phone didn't work, television didn't work. The layout of the parking lot sucked.

Leezle (who works the front desk and the bar) provides incredible service. Educates guests on hotel accommodations and useful amenities which we very much needed. Her quality services were the reason we paid more for a stay at Hyatt. She makes incredible drinks, knows how to deescalate situations when other guests get too rowdy, and can make a loser feel special through small talk. 10/10 do recommend!
