We booked our room weeks in advance for a cheer completion. Drove from another state, to be told they did not have our room available or any to accommodate our family of 5. This was a busy competition weekend so it was not EASY finding a new hotel. TERRIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. Do better
Worst service ever if you want to do dinner you have to come at lunch time and lots of orders are missing
The staff were so friendly especially Dion this guy deserves a pay raise he went above and beyondade us feel so welcome. The other staff made us feel this also but he deserves a shout out
I spoke with the front desk representatives as well as the general manager regarding a booking issue I experienced, and they were all polite, responsive, and truly eager to help. They treated me with the utmost respect and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service.
Room 103 has a crack in the soundproof glass that fails to keep the sound out.
