Miguel the supervisor was not empathetic to our situation. I understand policies but his lack of effort or understanding was disheartening.

We are very pleased with the staff and the rooms are nice. D'Rae is our favorite here!! He has been very helpful every morning at breakfast and is so kind to our children. Everyone is nice and offer to help in anyway they can. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we come back. 5 starts overall on our experience.
This seemed like a nice place when we checked in . First we were charged 15 dollars a day for amenities that we didn't even use . We knew nothing about this because we booked this in a package deal . Luckily we had enough to cover this unexpected expense. Most hotels don't charge you for these things . The room seemed nice when we got in it. It was spacious except for the bathroom .
