Very nice, everything was perfect!
I come here often when visiting family and typically stay at Hyatts specifically. The hotel itself is fine, but unfortunately the staff I’ve encountered here haven’t been very welcoming. Most of the front desk team seems disengaged, avoids eye contact, and the overall customer service has been disappointing. That said, I did have a great experience with valet, Lisa was wonderful and really stood out.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff is super friendly. Very helpful to all questions. Well trained. The rooms are incredible. Very clean, well stocked. The rooms are very spacious.
Pool was cloudy, foamy and cold. The location was great. Parking is $20 a night. Room was clean but the shower rod wasnt level and flooded the bathroom when showering.
