Standard in hotel expectations... nothing extra. Great location with many options of food and entertainment within walking distance.

We just checked out of our hotel and I am truly very upset with this hotel.We literally had mold in the bathroom..our kids were doing nothing but sneezing from this mold. Including myself. Floors were absolutely filthy. Some of the Front desk staff was not friendly at all.One elevator working. Internet wasn't good. Breakfast ends at 9am. I think this is one of the worst hyatts my family stayed at.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room I was given was dirty, and the bathtub was clogged, so the water would not drain while we showered. I was traveling with my children and arrived late at night, so unfortunately I had no choice but to stay there that night. I canceled the rest of my stay, and I was told I would receive a refund.
