The only complaint was that the fridge didn't work. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

We had such a great time. We were welcomed by Jeremy who gave us an upgrade thanks to our globalist status. He was so kind and it was really appreciated after a long day. Also, the breakfast was well stocked and well maintained. The lady (didn’t catch her name) handling the breakfast did a great job, and the manager that morning was very friendly. Great stay
*Location is excellent. Walking distance to the arena, bars, restaurants, USC campus. *Rooms are small, no microwave in room, alarm clock broken. *Parking was terrible, no room to self park, valet line was backed up, parked on the street and paid the meter. *Wi FI was very slow. Impossible to stream on my laptop so used my phone and streamed on my cell network with no problem *Person working the front desk seemed to be tired and worn out. Not very friendly or inviting.
