I booked a 4-night stay which was non-refundable. Per their own customer service, per Hyatt policy, the manager can make EXCEPTIONS to non-refundable bookings under extenuating circumstances. My family was going to visit my husband who was on orders at the nearby AFB. His orders changed unexpectedly, and he is no longer there and will not be returning to that location. I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. First and foremost, the staff—particularly a woman I believe is named Hanna—was shockingly rude. When I requested additional towels, she asked how many I needed. I replied, “four or five,” and was met with an eye-roll. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
