These guys are absolutely the BEST, especially Malcolm! My husband and I travel frequently for business, but sometimes we just need to escape the kids and grandkids for a little peace and quiet. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Alpharetta, but we continue to choose this Hyatt because of the staff. They genuinely make it feel like a home away from home every time we stay. Basic accommodation and a great location. The rooms are old but clean, and could use an update. Breakfast was complimentary and typical for a hotel breakfast. Overall, it was a positive experience, but I'm used to staying at better hotels. Business trip.
