Excellent service from the front desk check in to check out
Construction going on.
Not great. A/C out in lobby. Never enough towels in room (we booked with correct party size showing; too hard to accommodate without having to ask for extra?). Breakfast was terrible. Food sat in greasy pans. Eggs sopping wet. Renovated but clearly an older hotel. Pool closed too early. Go with Hilton or Marriott family. Stay away from Hyatt.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to eateries, shopping, like the Avelon, and in a safe location.
