Jennifer left us a sweet note and a snack gift bag! I’ve never had something that nice happen at a Hyatt place! She did a great job checking us in. The room is big, bed is comfortable and it’s all nice and clean.

Great staff, especially Yesenia. The whole front desk team is very helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms. The walk to Disney is about 25 minutes factoring in the frequent stoplights and crowded sidewalks. Again, shout out to the great staff!

Horrible hotel. They don't let you rest, the neighboring guests can hear everything. I stayed on the 2nd floor and on the third floor they had a slide and noises, one is supposed to stay to rest and everything they walk upstairs can be heard. Besides, it is not possible that it is not a hotel that the TVs are smart TVs only have the cable where they do not present anything good.

Affordable and great location to stay if going to Disneyland. I loved that we got free breakfast which is always a win in my book. Theres a free shuttle that takes you to Disneyland across the street which was awesome and you even get through security lines and entrance way faster! Theres a gym to use at the hotel as well as a pool both clean and included with our stay. The rooms/bathrooms are a bit outdated but we're clean and tidy.
