Verenice was amazing! She managed to extend my stay even tho the hotel was completely booked out. Big smiles and awesome service from everybody at the hotel highly recommend staying here. They even have free charging! Would 100% stay here again🔥🔥🔥
We now prefer to always stay at THIS Hyatt every time we visit Disneyland Park, and it never disappoints. It’s just a few blocks away, convenient, and much less crowded than other hotels in the area, which makes it perfect for our family. My kids absolutely love staying here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the food is great, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The young front desk girl not the older one was very rude and unhelpful in every way. She has the worse attitude. I ended up doing a charge back and going to another hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend. Save yourself and book somewhere else honestly. Anywhere else would provide better customer service.
