The great hotel except for you have to pay for your breakfast what's up with that. Just trying to nickel and dime everybody!

El Lugar es bastante agradable y el Personal muy amable y es desayuno estaba rico,
Staff doesn't have service mindset. Room had an issue with shower. Guy who fixed it walked in with dirty shoes and did not bother to clean his mess and did not even let housekeeping know about it. Front desk dint care to check if the issue was fixed or not and never thought to make it right. I will never stay there again
We like this place. Good rooms, fair price, excellent Hyatt Point value, friendly front desk staff, simple but good cafe
