The work was completed - well almost completed! Due to a poorly written original offer that could be read in two ways, I had a disagreement on whether the mulching was done. I tried to work out a compromise with Chris Hyatt and found him to be stubborn and unwilling to go the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied. So, my recommendation is BUYER BEWARE! Check that both parties interpret the quote identically at the start.
One of the best firms I’ve used. Friendly, prompt and great work clearing a difficult vacant lot for me. I’ll use them again. Solid performers.
Looked for a place that sold mulch on Saturday... it said this place was open till 5 PM. So I proceeded to drive 45 minutes because no other mulch yard was open past 3 PM. Guess what? Nobody there. They also have a nice sign with the phone number, don't bother calling it because nobody answers that either! You may need to adjust your hours of operation if you don't plan on working during those hours. Thanks for nothing Hyatt Landworks!!
