Chris and crew performed all work as agreed, and on schedule. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Sent text msg. prior to their arrival, and showed up on time promised. Took all the time I needed to explain additional options and recommended solutions to all concerns I had. I am looking forward to the continued terrific service he provides.
I would NEVER use this service again he was supposed to dig out bulbs and just cut the stems (shoots) to the ground and they are all coming up all over the yard through the bark and stone. He was supposed to get rid of all the ivy and just pulled it off the ground and that is also coming up all over even through the azaleas and he cut my peony bush down and wasn't supposed to. I didn't get what I paid for and he requested cash which I gave him.
Business response:
Bulbs were pulled and the ivy was cut as low as possible with a weed eater and both were sprayed with Roundup. I requested the payment be check or cash. Still not sure about the penny Bush among other things, I have service to property sense for free and am not sure if any services could help at this point. I am very sorry
