Pros: the front desk customer service was very positive throughout my visit. Housekeeping was pretty consistent and did a good job restocking things. Cons: the room itself had a very strong chemical smell during the entire week I was there and was not resolved, even with an air filter brought to the room. WiFi was patchy; TV did not work.
