Good location! Central for our needs and access to multiple thoroughfares in the greater San Jose area. Restaurants within walking distance if needed. Staff was helpful for parking and navigating the area. You will need to ring the buzzer after 10PM when checking in and parking is in the parking garage behind the hotel. We stayed here and got our truck broken into at night! They claimed to have security guard and the theft still happened...hmm. We asked if they have a history of theft crimes and they have, which tells me they did nothing to fix the theft problems. We had $9.5k damages on our truck and the hotel takes no responsibility. Please DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to go thru what happened to us, had we known this, we would have AVOID this Hyatt. We will never stay here again..
Excellent service, great location, and free EV charging for guests. Only downside is the rooms have older TVs that do not have Chromecast like many other Hyatt properties which made this staycation a little annoying.
We booked a room with 2 beds and practically got a motel room with 2 beds. Tiny room. There were no living room attached. This is NOT Hyatt House standard and I'm very disappointed. I expected a living room and a small kitchen included but I was mistaken. I will be more careful next time I book and be sure to verify what I get and NOT a tiny motel room. They have an outdoor pool and NO hot tub. Customer service was poor, no kindness or welcome.
