Ended up needing a room in a pinch in San Jose and this was the perfect choice. Nice clean room, walk-in shower, king bed that was comfortable, nice open lobby with plenty of seating, a full bar, free coffee and snacks, a little market area for convenience items and the front employees were great. Quick and easy check in and check out. I highly recommend it!

We had a very comfortable stay at this Hyatt location. Checking in was a breeze. Jean Moreno at the front desk. Jean was very friendly. He helped us out with all our questions and requests with respect. We were given free bottled water and room slippers at check in. The room was well prepared, spacious and spotless. Free breakfast available from 6 am to 9:30 am. There were a variety of options available.

As a travel agent/advisor I highly recommend this hotel. Especially if your going to a 49ers game. I stay here twice a year. The location is perfect. 49ers stadium is a 20 minute trolley ride, The M8trix Casino is literally across the street, The Great mall is a quick 20 minute drive and there are countless nightlife spots near by. Inside and outside is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean. I have been staying at this hotel since 2020 and I have never had a single problem.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! It is poorly managed, customer service is terrible, and hotel staff is NOT willing to fairly compensate for their mistakes. Upon check-in and gaining access to my room, there was no notification that room carpet cleaning needed to be done the following day. As I had business video conference calls and laundry needing to be done, I wanted Housekeeping to clean my room so that I would have no interruptions in my meetings.
